How do I return an item?

Refund / Return Policy:

Your complete satisfaction with our products is our number one priority. If you're not completely satisfied with something you buy at, you have 10 days to return it by mail.

We accept returns for a refund 10 days after delivery of the product. We'll refund your purchase if you:

  • Return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received it. (The product packaging must be unopened and unused.)
  • Include the original sales receipt with your return, along with the reason for your return.
  • Return the item within 10 days of the delivery date (after 10 days no returns are allowed).

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged.

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, unless there was a shipping mistake or the return is a result of our error. We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 10-14 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.
